He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Warren and Katherine Bunch Sullivan; his brother Paul Warren Sullivan; his mother-in-law Linda Hodges Sullivan; and his nephew Vann Hodges Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary-Blossom Tadina Sullivan; and his son Andrew Tadina Sullivan.
