He is survived by : his spouse Janice Lawrence Smith; his sons, Jeffrey Davis Smith (Wendy), Scott Allen Smith (Laura), Bradley Dean Smith (Rhonda) and Todd Lawrence Smith (Dawn); his grandchildren, Clint Smith (Michelle), Chad Smith (Lindsay), Jessica Shelton (Nate), Tyler, Greta, Susannah, Allison, Caleb, Buddy Dean, Dawson Smith and Emery Cate Smith; his great grandchildren, Jacoby Vernon, Willow Smith and Elijah Smith; and his siblings, Steve Smith (Willodae), JoAnn Barrow and Brenda Coleman (Junior).
