She is survived by : her mother Virginia Bolen Manuel of Mayodan; her children, Katie Sue Duncan (Bradley Simmons) of Mayodan and Hunter Duncan; and her grandchildren, Laila Simmons, Ivory Simmons and Jazz Simmons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
