In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Deaconess Ari Mae leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Deaconess Ari Mae may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Warren Frost (Barbara) of Virginia Beach, Rev. Leddia Frost Chapman (David, Jr.) of Maysville, Aletha Frost of Alexandria and Elroy Frost of Jacksonville; her nephew William L. Frost (Selena) of Jacksonville; her cousins, Gloria Holmes of Maple Hill, Patty Sidberry Locke of New Bern, Clara Andrews of Maysville and Jesse Moore of Maysville; and her close friend Eloise Body of Maysville. She was also cherished by three Grandchildren; six Great-Grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Luke A. M. E. Zion Church (91 Main St, Maysville, NC 28555). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the White Oak Cemetery (9724 NC-53, White Oak, NC 28399).
