We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2018, at the age of 81, Janice Varnell Guffie (McAdenville, North Carolina), born in Cramerton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her child Janice; her granddaughter Medea; her parent Andrea; her husband Harold "Dean" Guffie; her daughter Andrea Lynn Guffie; her sister Mary Ann Keeney; her children, Lisa Polk, Steven Guffie of McAdenville, Martha Collins (Steve) of Gastonia, Regina Leeper (Jack) of McAdenville and Medea Shamblin (Danny) of McAdenville; her grandchildren, Alex Guffie, Amy Caserta, Christian Collins (Abby), Alaina Collins, Havan Guffie, Harleigh Hayes, Haley Shamblin, Kearsten Shamblin, Jaylen Leeper-Williams, O'Shay Leeper and Isabella Shamblin; and also, Janice and Medea.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to North Belmont Church of God Children's Department.
