He was predeceased by : his wife Joan; his daughter Kim; his parents, Richard Shoffner and Edna Shoffner; and his stepmother Mildred Shoffner.
He is survived by : his children, Rick (Leann), Danny (Hyun) and Debbie (Pete); his sisters, Bernice May (Fred) and Shelby Jean McClean (Jerry); and his stepsiblings, Charles Rumbley (Patsy) and Linda Daniels. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews, and caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mt. Hope UCC, the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, or the Parkinson's Foundation.
