He is survived by : his wife Sherry Martin Hendrix; his children, Laura Johnston (Jeff Johnston) of Mebane, Grant (Erin Hendrix) of Louisville, KY and Zane Hendrix (Jennie Rhyne Hendrix) of Winston-Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Avonlea Johnston, Jack Johnston, McKenna Johnston and Sam.
