Butcher; her children, Gregory Butcher of Mebane and Tina Butcher of Kernersville; her grandson Sage Colton Butcher; and her siblings, Carol Duncan of Indiana, Janice Horton of Indiana and Gilbert Michael Cook of Indiana.
