She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Bryant Murphy and Lida Bell Keel Murphy of Merritt; her siblings, L. B. Murphy, Jr. of Four Oakes and Ann Murphy Whorton (Herbert Whorton) of Florence; and her sister-in-law Sue Riddick Slaymaker (George Slaymaker) of Minnesott Beach.

She is survived by : her husband Richard "Dick" Riddick, Jr.; her children, Rhonda Riddick Brown (John) of Duncansville, PA and Richard Riddick, III (Christine) of Liberty Hill, TX; her grandchildren, Meredith Brown Laverty, Emily Brown and Jaxson Riddick; and her sister-in-law Lillie Riddick Reilly (Joe Reilly) of Morehead City.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
