He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Z. Price Sr. and Loma Trull Price of Unionville, NC.; and his siblings, Ellen, Ruth, Johnny and Peggy.

He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann Reynolds Price; his children, Tim and Tonia (Mike); his grandchildren, Brittany (Dustin), Jessica (Nathan) and Raven; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Leela and Malachi; his nieces, Robin and Judy; and his friend Jerry Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Committal services and burial will follow in Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Due to the ongoing concerns of COVID-19 we want to encourage everyone to maintain as much distance as possible, even in these tough times.
