With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earnest J Russell of Midland, North Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Russell and Alice Russell of Midland, NC.; and his sister Mary Lockett (Edward). He is survived by : his children, Kia Lawton (Michael) of Concord, NC and Gabriel Russell (Karen) of Fayetteville, GA; the mother of his children Rose Morgan Russell of Charlotte, NC; his brothers, Kenneth, Alfred, Pierre (Beverly), Bobby (Angela) and Robby (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Yaminah Russell, Nathan Lawton, Kamryn Lawton and Inara Russell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
