She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clyde Porter and Jewell Honeycutt Porter; and her sister Maxine Furr (Jerry). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Grady of Concord and Jeffery Bost (Wendy) of Concord; her grandchildren, Destiny, Tyler, Brianna and Layla; and her close friend Lance. She is also survived by 4 nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (100 Branchview Dr NE, Concord, NC 28025). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the West Concord Cemetery (331 Union Cemetery Rd SW, Concord, NC 28027).
