He was predeceased by : his parents, Robley Lowder and Rosie Ethel Roberts Lowder. He is survived by : his wife Sarah "Mickey" Troutman Lowder of Virginia; his children, G. Tim Lowder (Stephanie), Tammy Lambert (Avery) and Terrie Thieneman (Mark); his siblings, Frances Raymer, Tommy Lowder and Gerald Lowder; his grandchildren, Eli Lowder, Jacob Lowder, Megan Hatley and Whitney Short; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Avett Hatley, Kaison and Elaina Short.
