She is survived by : her husband Chad Solaris; her daughters, Taylor Blackburn (Joshua) and Peyton Solaris; her granddaughters, RaeLynn and Paisley Blackburn; and her siblings, Lisa O'Neill, June Hatfield (Matthew), Jimmy Hendrix (Anita) and Jody Hendrix. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
