She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Ross and Doris Hope Carter. She is survived by : her husband Herman Kepley; and her daughters, Shasta Collins, Patricia Eudy and Candace Eudy. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great grandchild, two sisters and two brothers.
