He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Neaves Miller; and his siblings, Howard Miller, Eva Johnson, Lorie Severt, Ora Mash and Goldie Roten.
He is survived by: his children, John Miller of Millers Cree, James Stanbery (Abby) of Millers Cree, Lynn Winebarger (David) of West Jefferson and Donna Blevins of West Jefferson; and his sisters, Zula Miller of Jefferson and Ruby Miller (Ralph) of West Jefferson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
