We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2021, at the age of 76, Judy Ballard of Mills River, North Carolina, born in Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy D. King and Thelma King Hensley; her daughter Kim; and her siblings, Bobbie Jean, Lois, Hazel, Louise and Earl.
She is survived by: her husband Swain M. Ballard; her daughter Linda Barnes; her brothers, Roy and Richard; her grandchildren, Derek, Larry, Cory and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Reilly, Haylee, Payton and James.
