She was predeceased by: her parents, Spurgeon Jesse and Artie Bell Johnson Greene; and her siblings, Johnny Mack Greene, Joe Greene, Donald Greene, Barbara Ann Duncan, Willa Mae Buchanan and Martha Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Vance Gragg (Doug) of Newland and Scottie Dean Vance (Monica) of Burnsville; her brother Gary Greene of Newland; her grandchildren, Karmen Birchfield (Colby) and Matt Vance; her stepgrandchildren, Somer Ray (Jason) and Abby Robinson (Charlie); and the father of her children Harold Vance of Minneapolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
