She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben James Mullis and Eunice Bartlett Mullis; her husband Billy B. Flow; her daughter Theresa Flow Mobley; and her brother Richard Lee Mullis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Barbee (Jim), James Mullis (Jenny) and Johnny Mullis (Darlene); her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Flowe, Ann Austin, Jesse Flowe, Tommy Flowe (Lynda), Jerry Evans (Kelly) and Dick Evans (Harriett); her grandchildren, Heather Peagler (Seth), Shawn Daughhetee (Adam), Seth Reynolds (India) and Blair Mobley; her daughter Sandy Reynolds; and her sons-in-law, Bobby Reynolds and Eddie Mobley.
