He is survived by: his spouse Jean Karen Breakfield; his sons, Dean Breakfield (Spring) and Steve Breakfield (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jordan Breakfield (Jennifer), Noah Breakfield, Cora Breakfield, Caylin Breakfield, Hannahlisa Breakfield, Summer Breakfield and Jacob Breakfield; and his siblings, David Breakfield, Orn Breakfield, Dennis Breakfield, Veeda Duryee, Janet Frenz and Joy Pendleton.
