We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, at the age of 80, Jerry Lynn Funderburk (Mint Hill, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother James R. Funderburk. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Helms Funderburk; his friend Douglas Winkler of Grand Forks, ND.; his children, Michelle F. Snyder (Lance), Melvin Funderburk (Troyanne) and Marlon Funderburk (Ann); his grandchildren, Madison Snyder Gilbert (Jason), Dillon Snyder, Shea Snyder, Kristen Horne, Olivia Funderburk, Landon Funderburk, Farrah Funderburk, Christopher Wilson and Ashley Wilson; his great grandchild Bryer Gilbert; and his sisters, Maxine F. Huneycutt, Charlotte and Judy Gordon of Midland. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry requested memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
