It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Caudill Phillips (Mint Hill, North Carolina), born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Caudill and Osco V. Caudill; her husband Marvin B. Phillips; and her daughter Elizabeth Ann Phillips. She is survived by: her son Harvey B. Phillips; her sister Helen C. Barranger; and her nieces, Glenna B. Keller and Margaret B. Reid. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
