With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reid Query Black Sr. (Mint Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on December 24, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent E. L. Black, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Ella Springs Black; his children, Reid Q. Black Jr. (Bonnie), Debra Summerville (Walt), Robin Wise (Ricky), Kim Watt (Tony) and Tracy Adams (Patrick); and his sister Doris Walters of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mulberry Presbyterian Church or Hospice and Palliative Care-Charlotte Region, P.O. Box 470408, Charlotte NC 28247.
