Sara Layman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Layman (Mint Hill, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dicky Richardson of Charlotte, John Richardson of Charlotte, Charles Richardson of Hickory, Betty Wade of Charlotte and Nancy Kendall of Mississippi.
She is survived by: her parents, Allen T. Richardson and Elsie Mae Lawing Richardson; her child Ann; her brother Michael Richardson of Memphis; her half-sisters, Barbara Richardson Wycoff and Beatrice Sue Karns; and her children, Eugene F. Layman, III (Terry) of Teaneck, NJ and Christopher Nelson Layman of Wilmington, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
