It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Tyson Lewis (Mint Hill, North Carolina), born in Mount Gilead, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Tyson and Bernice Capel Tyson; her husband Richard Lewis; her son Todd Gaddy; and her siblings, Margaret Fesperman and David Tyson.

She is survived by: her son Tommy Gaddy (Janice); and her close friend Chuck DiLullo. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Mt. Gilead Volunteer Fire Department.
