Fornadley (Mint Hill, North Carolina), born in Farrell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 25, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Fornadley; and her son Terence R. Fornadley. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela A. Minto (Robert) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Tina Gribschaw, Tara Gifford and Erick Minto. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
