She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Cook. She is survived by: her children, Gail Jamison (Jerry) and Steve Cook (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Johnny Jamison (Holly), Jeremy Jamison (Kyla), Jennifer Hargett (Mike), Steven Cook (Krysten) and Taylor Cook. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to First Baptist of Indian Trail.
