He is survived by: his parent Ella Lee Starnes Belk; his wife Yaeko Higa Belk; and his sons, Anthony Belk (Debbie) of Monroe, NC and Jamie Belk (Melanie) of Waxhaw, NC. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
