He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Monroe Kluttz and Vera Miller Kluttz; and his sisters, Judy Lee of Norwood and Sylvia Almond of New Bern. He is survived by: his wife Jean Bullock Kluttz; his daughters, Barbara Kluttz Stafford (David) of Indian Trail, JoAnne Kluttz Murphy (Mark) of Pittsboro and Kathryn Kluttz Farlow (Jon) of Archdale; and his sister Shirley Kluttz Swaringer (William) of Albemarle. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
