We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2019, at the age of 84, Clara Efird (Monroe, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Lee Efird; and her brothers, Archie Griffin, R. P. Griffin and Wayne Griffin. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue E. Ratliff of Monroe, Patsy E. Houston (Bobby) of Huntersville and Lee E. Price (Mark) of Marshville; and her brother Jerry Griffin (Betty) of Monroe.

The family requests memorials be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 Roosevelt Blvd W. Monroe, NC 28112, and to New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 5928 New Hope Church Road, Marshville, NC 28103.
