She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford Belk and Loma Foard Belk; her husband J. B. Carnes; and her children, Charles Ray Carnes and Carol Carnes Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Mills (Bobby); her grandchildren, Lisa C. Stritt (Brian), Stephanie C. Conner (Don), Kelly Collins (Shawna) and Garrett Mills (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Christopher Parker (Christy), Drew Hollingsworth (Beth), Casey Carter (Austin), Abbey Hollingsworth (Drew Stone) and Chase Conner; and her great great grandchildren, Caiden Parker, Cashton, Journi Carter, Will and Mary Collins Hollingsworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
