He is survived by: his wife Marvelyn Headrick; his sons, Brian Headrick (Kathy) of Mint Hill and Mark Headrick (Janet) of Kannapolis; his granddaughters, Lauren Headrick, Brook Headrick and Amy Headrick; his great grandchild Braylee Headrick; and his brother Paul Headrick (Gerri) of Florida.
