He is survived by: his parent Gertha Gladys Young Fly; his children, Thomas Owen Fly (Sandra) of Charlotte, Janet Fly Helms of Indian Trail, Catherine Fly Andrews of Waxhaw and Linda Fly Powell of Mineral Springs; and his siblings, Dorothy Rutledge of Clemmons, NC, Wanda Wentz of Monroe and David Fly (Samantha) of Lynchburg, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
