He is survived by: his wife Jean Smith Richter; his children, Kevin Richter (Sandy), Steven Richter (Deborah), Skip Richter (Donna) and Kathryn Bollen (Curt); his grandchildren, Shelby, Kris, Russell, Wesley, Michael, Derek, Ryan and Jennifer; and his brother William "Bill" Richter. He is also survived by his many great-grandchildren.
