He was predeceased by: his parents, Solon Basil and Ruby Vashti Parker. He is survived by: his wife Debra Richardson Parker; his sons, Kelly Ray Parker (Tricia) of Monroe, Ronnie Parker (Deana) of Monroe and Steven Brantley (Amy) of Monroe; his siblings, Max Parker (Betty Jean) and Martha Holloway (Bill); and his grandchildren, Callie Bernard (Chase), Kaylin Parker, Lilly Brantley and Adam Brantley.
