He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice B. Love and Mary Mullis Love; his son Leonard Love; and his brother Kenneth Love. He is survived by: his son Joel Keith Love (Carmen) of Matthews; his grandchildren, Amber Love of Charlotte and Jordan Love of Matthews; his brother Larry Love of Monroe; his sister-in-law Margaret Love of Monroe; and his niece Kelsey Helms of Monroe. He is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:15 PM at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe (204 S Main St, Monroe, NC 28112). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at the Lakeland Memorial Park (1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112).
