She was predeceased by: her parents, George Flora and Virginia Daniels; her former husband Frank Edward Turner; her children, James Lynn Turner and Penny Turner; and her husband Thomas Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Edward Turner Jr. (Barbara) of Coeur, Sandra Turner Bell (Ronnie) and Cristi Turner Slape (Dee) of Monroe, NC.; and her grandchildren, Marcy Bell Gilliard, Carly Bell Behrmann (Chris), Casey Bell, Jimmy Turner (Chantelle), Dana Turner Barbin (Jeremy), Devin Turner, Autumn Turner, Nick Slape, Gabrielle Slape and Zach Slape.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any food bank supporting the Corona Virus in memory of Ms. Elsie.
