He was predeceased by: his parents, Pratt W. Mullis and Ruby M. Mullis of New Salem; and his brother Layne Mullis. He is survived by: his son-in-law Charles; his wife Sarah "Jo" Mullis; his children, Rick Mullis (Karen), Kim Deese and Laura Purser (Charles); his grandchildren, Corey Mullis (Christina), Spencer Mullis (Caralyn), Kristin Deese, Kaytlin Deese (Joe) and Maezie Purser; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Kylen, Kamden, August and CJ; and his brothers, Ray, Wayne (Anne) and Bill (Brenda). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
