She was predeceased by: her parents, John Williamson and Wilma Williamson; her husband Kenneth H. Griffin; her sons, Steven Scott Griffin and Kenneth H. Griffin Jr.; and her sister Audrey Bechtold.
She is survived by: her children, Eric Griffin of Monroe, Beth Hooper of Charlotte and Lisa Bock; her granddaughters, Stefanie Geil (Ron), Amber Hilliard (Zack), Kelsey Hooper and Cameron Hooper; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Chapman, Morgan Hilliard and Ava Grace Hooper; and her sibling's children, Debbie Bechtold Faria, Nancy Bechtold Conkle and Matthew Bechtold.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110.
