She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Fullwood; her sons, Jeffery Outen of Monroe, Gregory Outen (Kim) of Polkton and Brian Outen of Monroe; her grandchildren, Tyler, Justin and Makayla; and her siblings, Kay Hill (Olin) of Punta Gorda, FL and Dale Austin (Anne) of Monroe.
