He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wallace Sr. and Gladys Wallace; and his brothers, George Wallace Jr., Lee Wallace, Robert Wallace and Johnny Wallace.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Brandon Smith; the mother of his child Patricia Wallace; his granddaughters, Madison and Elizabeth Smith; and his brothers, Henry Wallace, Gene Wallace, Calvin "Lewis" Wallace and Charles "Marvin" Wallace.
