He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Frank Kelley Sr. and Charlotte Jackson Kelley; his daughter Pam; his wife Marlene Price Kelley; his children, Melissa, Frankie and Bobby; his sisters, Janice K. Powell and Melinda K. Horton; and his grandchildren, Noah Johns, Bryson Kelley, Jacob Kelley, Jadah Kelley and Joleigh Kelley. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, friends.
