He was predeceased by: his daughter Revonda Rushing Mathis; and his siblings, Jackson Wayne Rushing and Sarah Loraine Cornett. He is survived by: his wife Edith Little Rushing; his daughter Renn Rushing Farmer (Shane); his grandchildren, Tate Barr and Gage Barr; and his pet Buster.
