It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Joyner Sr. (Monroe, North Carolina), born in Franklin, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth White of Spartanburg, SC and Bob Joyner of Gastonia, NC.; his wife Barbara H. Joyner; and his sons, David Joyner (Christine Joyner) of Raleigh, NC and Benjamin Joyner of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters.
