With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Lane Smith (Monroe, North Carolina), who passed away on September 11, 2018 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Roger Lee Smith of Stanfield. He is survived by: his parent Bonnie Sue Troutman Smith of Stanfield; his wife Rhonda Helms Smith; his brother Christopher Smith of Oakboro; his stepsons, Christopher Helms (Angela) and Brandon Helms (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Hunter Helms and Bo Helms. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
