He is survived by: his mother Wanda Smith Baldwin; his wife Rebecca Henderson Tracy of Monroe; his daughters, Brianne Shavorinsky (Christian) of Cleveland and Kathryn Tracy of Monroe; his stepson Dustin Wilson of Georgia; his siblings, Tom Tracy, Tracy Greene of Illinois, Tami Fuhrman of Illinois and Jill Hutson of Illinois; and his grandchildren, Emma Wilson, Rylan Wilson and Damien Tracy.
