She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Franklin Griffin and Agnes Morrison. She is survived by: her husband Joe Deese; and her children, Randy Deese of Wingate, NC, Barbara Sellars (Tim) of Marshville, NC, Sherrie Presson (Danny) of Monroe, NC and Sandy Anastaci of Texas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
