We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2018, Jonathan Taylor Lawrence Root (Monroe, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Kristin Root; his children, Mackenzie Root and Taylor Root; his parents, Tom Root of Ormond Beach, FL and Marilyn Root of Ormond Beach, FL; his brothers, Jeff Root of Michigan, Chris Root and Tim Root of Florida; his parent-in-law Dick Brigden of Mooresville; and also Betsy Brigden of Mooresville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kristin for Mackenzie and Taylor's college funds.
