He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Raiter and Patricia Smith Raiter; his sister Jaclyn Raiter; his grandparents, Joseph Paul Raiter, Leslie and Margaret Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Jim, Minne Anderson, Marion Mohn, Larry and Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Raiter; his sons, Marcus Kyle Raiter of Monroe and Jeremy Luke Nance (Cherie) of Monroe; his sister Rhonda McKeel (Tom) of Huntersville; his grandmother Loretta Raiter of Ohio; his grandchildren, Dylan Nance, Chloe Nance and Skyler Maness; his uncles, Tim Raiter (Nancy) of Ohio and Les Smith (Hilda) of Ohio; and his nieces, Carsen McKeel and Sammi McKeel.
