It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred W. Baucom (Monroe, North Carolina), who passed away on June 11, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred W. Baucom to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dowd Williams and Mae H. Williams; her husband Clarence Baucom; and her siblings, Shirley Edwards and Vann Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Baucom (Gail), Janice Eury (Rick), Joyce Boswell (Benny) and Rose-Marie Phifer (Jeff); and her siblings, Ray Williams (Joan) and Kay Haigler (Avery). She is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Brookdale Monroe Square, 918 Fitzgerald St., Monroe, NC 28112.
